Chemical Analysis: pH, protein, glucose, ketones, bilirubin, urobilinogen, nitrite, and leukocyte esterase.
Microscopic Examination: Presence of red blood cells (RBCs), white blood cells (WBCs), epithelial cells, bacteria, crystals, and casts.
