We strive
to ensure your orders are delivered to your satisfaction. However, in the rare
event that your order is unsatisfactory, we are happy to accept returns for
orders. We understand that there will be genuine reasons when you decide to
cancel an order.
If you are
eligible for a cancellation or exchange or return or refund, simply email us care@esastha.com
or call 0199 40 32 367 your order details, including the reason why
you’re requesting within 1 hour of receiving the products.
Please
note that we are unable to offer replacements or exchanges for the following
product categories: Diapers, insulin, cutting strip, short date of medicine,
Injection, surgical items). Also, eSastha reserves the right to refuse returns
(or refunds) for certain products, as marked in the respective product pages as
“Note: This item cannot be returned for a refund or exchange”.
Cancellation Policy:
Once the
order is verified and acknowledged by the customer, the order cannot be cancel.
To request
a cancellation, simply email us care@esastha.com or call 0199 40 32 367 your
order details, including the reason why you’re requesting a cancellation within
1 hour of receiving the products.
Exchange Policy:
To be
eligible for a exchange, you have to accept followings:
•
Upload
or email us medicine name and unit within 2 days after delivered.
•
If
delivered medicines have been changed by the doctor within 2 days.
•
Doctor’s
previous prescription and the updated prescription must be provide.
•
Original
sales invoice has to be handover for processing exchange.
•
Some
certain products (Diapers, insulin, cutting strip, short date of medicine,
Injection, surgical items) will not be considered exchange.
•
All
returns items must be new, unused, and contain all original packaging and
accessories i.e. with labels, bar-code.
•
Only
fully unused strips/bottles/products can be exchanged.
•
Partially
used strips, opened bottles cannot be exchanged.
•
Products
which require specific storage conditions (temperature controlled) cannot be exchanged
(vials, injections, vaccines, pen fills, etc.)
•
Products
that have expired post-purchase.
•
Batch
number of the product being exchanged should match as mentioned on the sales
invoice
•
Original
sales invoice has to be returned for processing exchanged.
•
Customer
must bear the cost of the delivery charge if our team collects the medicine
directly from your premises.
•
Once
your exchange request get approved the customer care team will notify you.
Return Policy:
To be
eligible for a return, you have to accept followings:
1.
Received
an item(s) that does not match your order.
2.
Damaged
in transit or shortage (delivery of such order to be refused at doorstep).
3.
You
have received the product that has crossed the expiry date.
4.
It
is always processed for the full order and invoice. We will not process partial
delivery or returns.
5.
Some
certain products (Diapers, insulin, cutting strip, short date of medicine,
Injection, surgical items) will not be considered return or refundable.
6.
All
returns items must be new, unused, and contain all original packaging and
accessories i.e. with labels, bar-code.
7.
Only
fully unused strips/bottles/products can be returned.
8.
Partially
used strips, opened bottles cannot be returned.
9.
Products
which require specific storage conditions (temperature controlled) cannot be
returned (vials, injections, vaccines, pen fills, etc.)
10. Products that have expired
post-purchase.
11. Batch number of the product being
returned should match as mentioned on the sales invoice.
12. Original sales invoice has to be
returned for processing returns and refunds.
13. You need to submit or show your
prescriptions/related papers while ordering or receiving medicines from us.
14. You must bear the cost of the
delivery charge if our team collects the medicine directly from your premises.
15. You will also have to bear the
original and subsequent delivery charge for the return of the medicines or
products, the esastha.com authority will not take any responsibility in this
regard.
16. At he payment method, refunds can
be processed to your mobile bank account (Bkash,Rocket,Nagod). It will take 1-2
working days.
Refund policy:
Full
Refund will be
processed under mentioned situation:
1.
Wrong
medicine delivered.
1.
You
received a defective item
2.
You
have received the product that has crossed the expiry date.
3.
The
ordered item(s) is lost or damaged during transit.
4.
Upon customer’s request, eSastha will transfer the refund
amount to the user’s original payment source within 1-2 days. Refund is only
allowed for customers who have paid via bKash or card or other electronic
method.
5.
For the orders that are paid via Cash, refund is only to
be given through esastha wallet. The balance can only be used to purchase at
esastha.com.
Note: Customer has to hand over his medicine to the delivery man. After getting the medicine it will take 2 working day to update the customers balance to wallet, 15% service charge would be deducted for every transaction or order exchange/refund.
Note: If you notice the package is damaged at the time of delivery, please do not accept the order. If you could not check that the order is damaged at the time of delivery, raise a return request within 1 hours of delivery by calling us at +88019940 32 367. Replacement for the damaged item (s) is subject to availability in stock. In absence of a replacement, a refund will be issued.
*** The Authority reserves the valid right to change/extend these terms and conditions in light of the laws of the country at any time without prior notice. You will be bound to abide by the internal rules introduced from time to time to maintain order.
