A well trained medical technologist collect the sample from your desire location. Within 30 min, sample directly send to preferred lab with temperature controlled carrier system.

The charges of esastha.com –

Patients can contact the lab to get status of your tests. On patient’s request softcopy will be send via email or WhatsApp. If patient’s requests home delivery of hard copy reports, we will provide you with reports directly from the lab within 48 hours. There are no extra charges for report delivery.

Medical suggestion/advice are free of cost. If treating by our tele doctors you have to pay 200 taka (via bkash) before getting call by doctor.   

Usually, tele-doctors can only address basic health issues. For serious problems you will be referred to a specialist doctor or hospital. In case of emergency, it is better to go to the hospital instead of consulting over the phone.
